It seems that rehabilitation is a failed effort within Crime City. Jail just doesn’t work for these law breakers. Of course this leaves only one option left. Execution. Tyrone Gibson and Raymond Broady don’t waste their time reading criminals their rights. Once a person chooses the life of crime then all of those rights are immediately revoked.
The thing that’s great about these two is that they essentially personify Lethal Weapon. It’s great to have the animated pixel form of Riggs go out and shoot at his heart’s content.
