So, to go a little behind the scenes at our process, Strider Hiryu was actually the second character to be questioned. However, he is so much of an iconic character that we just had to have him be the number 1 character. As well, he’s the host’s favorite character–so there’s that as well.
Regardless, the awesome power and technique of Strider will not be denied. And even though his initial design denied his cool red sash, he thought to bring it along on later missions. As moody as Strider Hiryu seems, we realize that he is a fashion forward kind of warrior.
