Nathan is just a great guy. So many cool skills and a stylish hairdo with shades. It’s surprising that the enemies have the nerve to call him a nerd. He’s far from it. In fact, it seems they are just angry at their own shortcomings. They have to work for a maniacal overlord that demands they stay in line with the Badds’ protocol or face the consequences. Nathan, however, follows his own route and makes his own rules.
The commando aspect of Bionic Commando is shown throughout. He commands respect from all of his enemies and creates the opportunities for himself with little help from his team.
