We’re still not totally convinced that the NARC cops are not not human. We haven’t seen their faces and they basically only yell cop terms like Freeze or You’re Busted like any of your favorite law abiding cyborgs.
One thing to note is that it’s interesting that the public was smart enough to make sure to never come onto the streets while the murder cops are “working.”
