I’ll just get this out the way: I hate calling this game Top Secret Episode. It just sounds so stupid. The game should be called Golgo 13. That’s it. Top Secret Episode brings about the idea that there are other episodes that we may have missed. No. This is not true. This is the only episode. It is not secret.
Anyway, Golgo 13 is an insane robot man. He is fueled by sex and murder. As well, he is the worst secret assassin because everyone knows him. But, hey, he can destroy a giant tank with a standard issue GI rifle. Do your thing, GooGoo.
