Soooo…um. Yes. Duke is not the most striking police officer. For instance, if someone was under duress by–oh, let’s say a kidnapper or even somebody who is walking on their lawn, they would not have much faith in the helpfulness of Duke. To be honest, even his shoulder slump just removes any sort of confidence his uniform would lead someone to believe.
As well, it’s not like the plodding and giant mess of an ESWAT suit would fair any better. Duke is at a clear disadvantage and this is the story of a traffic cop gone mad.
